Cast Iron is a trendy bar & grill and the flagship restaurant for Marriott hotels in the UK.  They serve up British food with a contemporary twist, utilising regionally-sourced ingredients. A brand overhaul of Cast Iron grill was required to appeal to a more high street audience and focus on the superb grilled food expertise of this restaurant.
